Welcome to g21academy.ae, operated by Fernando Manuel Parties and Entertainments Services Co. L.L.C, a UAE mainland company based in Dubai (“G21”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing this website or any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Website Use

By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian. You agree to use this website respectfully, lawfully, and without infringing upon the rights of others.

You may not:

• Upload or transmit malicious code or spam

• Copy, share, or redistribute proprietary course material

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way

All content on g21academy.ae is protected under UAE copyright law and is the intellectual property of G21.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

• Free downloadable resources and challenge PDFs

• Paid group and private guitar sessions (in-person and online)

• Community challenges and live events

• Studio-based experiences in collaboration with Guitar Store (Dubai)

Availability may vary based on season and capacity.

3. Account Creation

You may create a user account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in cases of misuse.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. All prices are in AED and include applicable UAE VAT.

Refund Policy:

• In-person challenges:

  A refundable deposit may be required to secure a seat at certain locations. This deposit will be fully refunded if the student attends at least 18 out of the 21 scheduled sessions.

  Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the challenge are also eligible for a refund.

  No-shows or partial attendance below the required threshold are non-refundable.

• Online products (e.g., digital courses):

  Refunds or guarantees vary by product and are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days when applicable.

  • To claim a refund, students must email [email protected] within 7 days of the challenge end date. Refunds will not be issued automatically.

5. Attendance & Rescheduling

Missed lessons are not reschedulable by default and are considered forfeited. Rescheduling is only possible if explicitly included in a purchased lesson package.

6. Communication Consent

By registering or purchasing, you agree to receive:

• Emails and WhatsApp messages related to your lessons or program

• Marketing messages (you may opt out at any time)

7. Intellectual Property

All videos, PDFs, branding, and course content are exclusive to G21.

You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute any material without written permission.

8. Physical Locations & Partners

G21 operates physical workshops in collaboration with third-party venues such as Guitar Store (Dubai). These partners provide instruments and studio space. G21 retains responsibility only for educational delivery and student-related matters.

Venue access or facility-related concerns must be addressed directly with the partner.

9. Disclaimers

G21 is a recreational music program and not a formal accredited educational institution. All learning experiences are provided for personal enrichment and transformation.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in the product description.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Dubai, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
